Wang JinRei™
The Official Tekken Thread Tekken5_wang_jinrei

Wang Jinrei - an unlockable player in the tekken 5 series. He's a returning player since tekken 1 and 2.

My Pros And Cons about Wang Jinrei

Pros-
Juggle Combos only takes 0.8 second to connect
Wide variety of "Tisod" or Low to High connectivity Link Combos!
Has a fast grappling speed
Quickly avoids attack if you're an avid like me ^^

Cons-
Low Damage (Sigh...)
Very Slow Recovery Animation (when you got knocked down)
And Combos are pretty insane to catch... must take a lot of practice ^^

History
Wang was a companion of Jinpachi Mishima, Heihachi Mishima's father. Wang watched Heihachi and Kazuya Mishima with great interest as they grew and chose their respective paths of life. Wang remained generous and kind whilst living as a recluse in the Mishima gardens. Wang also tutored Ling Xiaoyu in the martial arts at a young age. Furthermore, Wang Jinrei took Marshall Law on in the first King of Iron Fist Tournament, which ended in a draw. However, Wang loses to Jun Kazama in the second tournament.

Now, Wang tends to the huge number of vegetables in the gardens, finding time to hone his martial arts skill. Every morning at the crack of dawn, he can be seen strolling down the mountains gazing at the clouds. His lithe athletiscism, despite his age, has meant that his inner chi strength is channelled with great purity of spirit, despite his frail bones. His reason for entering the second tournament is to carry out the final wishes of the long-dead Jinpachi. During his life, Jinpachi watched with grief as Heihachi and Kazuya followed the path of evil. He instructed his faithful friend to eliminate both of them when the time was right. Wang theorises that the best way to fulfill this plea is to face all challengers giving way to those adept enough to defeat Kazuya and dispatches those unworthy of his attention. Heihachi will stare into the face of destiny at another time. Wang enters the fifth tournament to find out the authenticity of a letter he received, noting that Jinpachi had come back.

Asuka Kazama ,..

Asuka Kazama is a character in the Tekken video game series.

Introduced in the video game Tekken 5, Asuka Kazama is more famously known as the cousin of the series' protagonist, Jin Kazama. Not surprisingly, since Asuka and Jin have the same surname, it is known, through an official statement made by Namco, that they are cousins.

asuka is a very hot char,.. flaming hot combos with nasty damages and continuous attack can easily beat up ur opponents,..

Damn Shes Hot ^,..,^

Tekken 5

Asuka's official story states that she was taught Kazama-style Traditional Martial Arts by her father, a dojo-master near Osaka, ever since she was a small girl. By nature, Asuka believes very strongly in justice and devotes much of her free time to being a vigilante of sorts, breaking up fights nearby (also, she is seen saving a kitten during the PlayStation 2 version of Tekken 5's opening). At the time in which the game takes place, Asuka is seventeen years old and is a high school student.

Asuka returned home from school one day to find that her dojo was in shambles. The students there had been beaten severely and her father was so badly hurt that he had to be taken to the hospital. In the next several days, a detective from Hong Kong, Lei Wulong, came to her and explained that the culprit would likely be entering The King of Iron Fist Tournament 5. In order to get her personal revenge and redeem her dojo, Asuka enters the tournament as well.

[edit] Tekken 6

Asuka entered The King of Iron Fist Tournament 5 in order to avenge her father, who was injured by Feng Wei. She was unable to find Feng Wei, and, as the tournament ended, she returned to her calm and normal life.

However, her life didn't stay peaceful for long, as Asuka discovered that Jin Kazama was the man responsible for the terrible war going on all over the world. She enters The King of Iron Fist Tournament 6 in order to capture her cousin.

The Official Tekken Thread Asdasdasdasd

Tekken 5 and Tekken 5 Dark Resurrection, Asuka's default outfit (in which she is usually portrayed in official art and CG renders) is a blue halter top and blue short shorts (changed to red and black respectively in Tekken: Dark Resurrection), with matching gauntlets and lightly armored boots. Her secondary costume is a more traditional Aikido uniform with gi top, hakama, fingerless gauntlets and matching instep guards. In the PlayStation 2 version of Tekken 5 and the PSP version of Dark Resurrection, she gains two extra outfits. One is a Japanese parochial schoolgirl uniform with a yellow sweater vest and pleated skirt, seen during both her intro and her prologue. The other is a visual kei geisha-like outfit with high-heel sandals.

In Tekken 6, Asuka retains her default costumes from Tekken 5 Dark Resurrection, including the school uniform but excluding the geisha costume. Her new costume is a Matsuri outfit, which is composed of a vest with decorative cords and a bra top, sarashi (cloth-wrap shorts) and open-toed, boot-like sandals.

In personality, Asuka is brash and arrogant; traits that other Kazamas in the series lacked. Though her profile states that she breaks up fights regularly ("by knockout", as added in the game's prologue), she seems to enjoy fighting herself. In her story mode, after defeating her target (Feng Wei), she decides to remain at the tournament in order to "have fun". Her pre- and post-match quotes also demonstrate her confidence.

Asuka speaks with a very heavy Kansai Japanese dialect (Kansai is a region of western Japan encompassing the cities of Kyoto, Osaka, and Kobe).

By far Asuka is the only one that can reverse the effects of the Jin's devil gene however it is not revealed that she can reverse the effects of others that have the devil gene.

The Official Tekken Thread Lili

Lili (リリ Riri, full name Emily "Lili" Rochefort) is a character in the Tekken fighting game series. Along with Sergei Dragunov, she is one of the two characters first introduced in Tekken 5: Dark Resurrection. She is also set to appear in Tekken 6.

Lili is the only daughter of a wealthy oil magnate residing in Monaco, living in a very luxurious suburban mansion with her butler, Sebastian. Four years ago, when she was 12 years old, while being attacked by a criminal group making profits from kidnappings, Lili struggled violently to free herself, and she unexpectedly took out one of her captors. At that moment, she first realized she took pleasure in defeating her opponents. However, deep down, Lili really is a gentle person and a very sweet young lady.

She only wants to please her father, but she knows that he despises fighting because he wants his daughter to be a prim and proper lady, not a thug. Troubled by her situation, she tells herself, “I don’t want Father to be upset with me…but I also want to fight.” Her desire to fight couldn’t be controlled, and for this reason, she uses her family's private jet to travel abroad to take part in worldwide street fighting tournaments, which she enjoyed immensely. This was done under the guise of a "vacation" from her homeland.

One day, after defeating an opponent in San Francisco, she acquired an invitation to The King Of Iron Fist Tournament 5. Lili noticed that the sponsor of the tournament, the Mishima Zaibatsu, had caused her father much trouble in the past. With the assumption of the Mishima Zaibatsu being a useful potential asset to her father, she was determined to take part in the tournament and win to put an end to her father's business troubles.

Lili competed in the King Of Iron Fist Tournament 5 behind her father’s back, but was defeated by Asuka Kazama. Once her father had found out about Lili’s participation, she was grounded, preventing her from claiming revenge on Asuka.

One day, her father’s oil fields are taken over by Mishima Zaibatsu control, and his company falls into disrepute, her father suffering greatly from overwork. The Mishima Zaibatsu later announces the King of Iron Fist Tournament 6. Lili deduces that she can reclaim her father’s oil field if she wins the upcoming tournament, easing the anxiety of her father. Lili decides to participate in the tournament to save her father and defeat Asuka Kazama.

The Official Tekken Thread Aniavatar8

Christie Monteiro is a character in the Tekken series of video games. She is the granddaughter of Eddy Gordo's master. Originally, the development team intended to create a female Capoeira fighter for Tekken 3, but felt too unconfident at the time and so opted for a male character instead. Upon her introduction in Tekken 4, Christie replaced Eddy as the prominently-featured Capoeira practitioner. Yet, with the release of Tekken 5: Dark Resurrection, Eddy has been reintroduced to the canonical series as a non-palette swap character.

Christie is the granddaughter of the Capoeira master who taught Eddy Gordo the art of Capoeira during his incarceration in prison. While in prison, Eddy swore an oath to the Master to pass on the art of Capoeira to his granddaughter.

Eddy sought out Christie shortly after his return from King of Iron Fist Tournament 3, and taught her the art of Capoeira, just as he promised his master. After only two years of tutelage, Christie became an impressive fighter.

But soon thereafter, Eddy abruptly disappeared, leaving Christie only with the words, "I must seek vengeance against the enemy responsible for the death of my father."

Troubled by his sudden and mysterious disappearance, Christie pursues Eddy. Her only lead — The King of Iron Fist Tournament 4.

Christie's grandfather, a great Capoeira master, was released from prison after a long incarceration. Unfortunately, he was diagnosed with an incurable illness, and he was given only six months to live, but a cure might be possible with possessing the technology from the Mishima Zaibatsu. Several days later, Christie learns of The King of Iron Fist Tournament 5. She sees it as a chance to save her grandfather, believing that if she possesses the advanced technology of the Mishima Zaibatsu, she may be able to find a cure for him.

Christie entered The King of Iron Fist Tournament 5 hoping to save the life of her grandfather. She is defeated, and she returns home. Upon her arrival, she finds out that not only is her grandfather missing, but Eddy, as well.

Returning home to Brazil, disappointed and baffled to the location of both Eddy and her grandfather, she learns from the hospital where her grandfather was staying that he was transferred to the Mishima Zaibatsu's medical facility. In order to find the exact location of her grandfather, Christie enters The King of Iron Fist Tournament 6.

The Official Tekken Thread Lingxiaoyu001

Ling Xiaoyu (Chinese: 凌 曉雨 Pinyin: Líng Xiǎoyǔ, Japanese: リン・シャオユウ Rin Shaoyū) is a fictional Chinese character from the popular Tekken video game series. She attends the Mishima Polytechnical School with Jin Kazama and her friend Miharu Hirano. Her life’s ambition is to build an amusement park for all of China to enjoy. Since Xiaoyu has been voiced by Japanese voice actress Yumi Touma since Tekken 3, Xiaoyu speaks only in Japanese despite being Chinese, even to her master, Wang Jinrei, in an interlude in Tekken 5 and Tekken: Dark Resurrection. Outside of the main series, Ling Xiaoyu has appeared in Tekken Card Challenge, Tekken Tag Tournament and Tekken Advance. Xiaoyu also appears in Smash Court Tennis Pro Tournament 2 as an unlockable character.

Even at a very young age, Ling Xiaoyu loved amusement parks. Also she was tutored in martial arts by Wang Jinrei from a young age. He believed that if she were more serious, she could achieve true greatness, but became frustrated by her careless attitude.

While vacationing in Hong Kong with her family, she noticed a yacht bearing the name: “Mishima Zaibatsu”. Knowing that the Mishima Zaibatsu was rich and powerful, she decided to seek out Heihachi Mishima and make her dream a reality. Abandoning her family, Xiaoyu stowed away on the ship.

The ship’s security soon discovered her and informed Heihachi of her presence. By the time that Heihachi arrived on the scene, all of the Tekkenshu—Heihachi’s personal security force—that were aboard the ship had been beaten into unconsciousness and strewn about the deck. It looked as if the ship had been hit by a hurricane.

Amidst the chaos, Heihachi found Xiaoyu. She threatened to beat him up if he did not accept her challenge. Amused by her juvenile antics, Heihachi roared with laughter and promised to build her theme park if she won his tournament. She enrolls at the Mishima Polytechnical School, and this is where she first meets both Jin Kazama and Miharu Hirano. Bringing along her old school's trained panda (aptly named "Panda"), Heihachi teaches her to fight, much like he has taught Kuma, so that Xiaoyu would have a bodyguard. This inspired Xiaoyu to see Heihachi as something of a grandfather toward her.

After the King of Iron Fist Tournament 3, Xiaoyu continued to live, study, and train as a ward of the Mishima Zaibatsu, but her life became boring and mundane, lacking any particular goals.

Two years later, Xiaoyu was delivered an anonymous e-mail admonishing her not to trust Heihachi. The anonymous individual warned her that Heihachi posed an immediate danger to her life. At this time, Xiaoyu was a junior at the Mishima Polytechnical School and had become sick of her daily routines, but receiving this mysterious e-mail rejuvenated Xiaoyu’s passionate spirit.

Xiaoyu replied to the e-mail dozens of times. Although the sender never contacted her again, Xiaoyu became convinced that Jin, who had been missing since the previous Tekken tournament, had sent it to her.

Around this same time, Heihachi announced the King of the Iron Fist Tournament 4. Hoping to reconnect with Jin and unmask the Mishima Zaibatsu’s evil deeds, Xiaoyu decided to enter the tournament.

At the tournament’s close, Xiaoyu was reunited with Jin. Jin encouraged her to make her dreams happen for herself instead of depending on Heihachi to do it for her. Jin then went back into hiding. Panda—Xiaoyu’s best friend and bodyguard—admonished Xiaoyu to search for Jin.

At the end of the previous tournament, Xiaoyu is rescued from the evil plans of Heihachi Mishima by Yoshimitsu, who then tells her about the tragic history of the Mishima family. Xiaoyu starts to believe that the root of all misfortune surrounding Jin and the Mishima family was Heihachi pitching Kazuya off the edge of a cliff when he was five years old.

At this point, Xiaoyu believes it is her personal mission to save the tragic Mishima family. She wished that there were some way to turn back time and fix the past. Her prayers were answered when she heard an unnamed scientist boast that if he had the money, he could build a time machine.

To obtain the money to fund the invention, Xiaoyu enters The King of the Iron Fist Tournament 5 to win the prize money

Ling Xiaoyu breathed a sigh of relief when she heard Heihachi had not truly died. However, as head of the Mishima Zaibatsu, Jin Kazama aims to take Heihachi’s life. Xiaoyu was going to try and stop Jin herself, but the Zaibatsu pushed towards militarization, making it difficult to approach Jin.

The Mishima Zaibatsu’s declaration of war drew hostility from around the globe. When the King of Iron Fist Tournament 6 is announced, Ling Xiaoyu enters in the hope that she can save Jin’s soul from evil.

The Official Tekken Thread Panda

Panda is a character in the Tekken fighting game series. She is, as her name implies, a Giant Panda. She is the loyal pet, best friend, and bodyguard of Ling Xiaoyu. She has the same fighting style as Kuma, Heihachi Mishima's pet grizzly bear. Kuma seems to have a crush on Panda. Like Xiaoyu, Panda made her debut in Tekken 3, and has been in every other Tekken since.

Panda is given her own story. In this story, it chronicles Panda as missing Kuma somewhat, and throughout her prologue, she is seen thinking about Kuma. In her Tekken 4 ending, she hands over control of the Mishima Zaibatsu to Xiaoyu, and then she calls Xiaoyu over to an abandoned wrestling ring. She then explains to Xiaoyu that she has decided to search for Kuma on her own and wishes for Xiaoyu to do the same with Jin Kazama.

After the conclusion of The King of Iron Fist Tournament 4, Ling Xiaoyu had been feeling depressed. Panda thought long and hard about how she could make Xiaoyu happy again. Panda decided that the best approach would be to find Jin Kazama. Panda searched for Jin, but she was unable to find him. One day, Xiaoyu came to her excited. "Panda, I've decided to enter The King of Iron Fist Tournament 5, and I need your help once again". Panda didn't quite understand Xiaoyu's reason for entering the tournament, but she decided to help if it would make her happy.

Panda took part in The King of Iron Fist Tournament 5 in the form of Xiaoyu's bodyguard.

Panda was relieved to learn Heihachi Mishima still lived, but only briefly--her moment of relief past by quickly without notice with the sudden announcement of The King of Iron Fist Tournament 6.

Bound by duty, Panda finds herself once again propelled into harm's way.
